shoplostmary.ca serves customers in Canada ONLY. All orders are expected to be shipped out within 5 business days, excluding the time our courier partner takes to deliver the package.

Delivery options *Standard Shipping – Requires 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders that are $99 and over (before taxes and shipping).
*Express Shipping – Requires 1-2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and remote delivery areas).

All orders are subject to availability and payment. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required.

Incomplete address If there is missing or incomplete shipping information, we will reach out to the customer via email. However, if we do not hear back from a customer within 48 hours, orders will be cancelled, and you will be refunded through the original payment method.

Product Availability We will make every effort to indicate availability for all our products. However, in the event of the purchase of an unavailable product, we will contact the purchaser and they will have an option of waiting till the product becomes available or to cancel all or part of the order. Delivery and Order Pickup

We utilize Canada Post's Proof of Age (depending on your province) option on every single package, no exceptions. Although most deliveries do not require a signature and proof of identification, our courier partners (Canada Post) will only deliver the product after a signature is obtained. If no one is available to receive the package, there will be a notice card with instructions to pick-up at a nearest post office. Any fees associated with packages that are returned to sender because proof of age was not able to be determined, will NOT receive a refund.

Due to Covid-19 precautions, Canada Post has temporarily changed its delivery method. They will not be delivering parcels that require proof-of-age to the customer’s door. Instead, Canada Post will leave a notice card directing customers to a nearby outlet for pickup.

Lost mary wants to make sure all their customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to issue a store credit for all unopened items returned to us. Please keep in mind there is NO store credit or exchange for promotional items.

All exchanges and store credit will only be applied if the purchase is no longer than 45 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unopened with the original packaging boxes.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Return shipping labels will not be provided.

Please include the original packing list with your return items to avoid any delays in processing. Once we receive your package, our team will process the return, and you will be notified via email. We reserve the right to correct, update, or change our return/exchange/refund policy at any time without notification.

Unauthorized Returns If a package has been returned to our warehouse due to a delivery failure (for instance, incorrect address, unclaimed order, etc.) customer service will attempt to reach out to you at the email listed on your order. You will be offered a Store Credit on your order excluding the shipping cost. Orders that were eligible for free shipping will be charged a $20 flat rate.

We are unable to process reshipments currently and apologize for the inconvenience. You can simply place another order on shoplostmary.ca – we strongly recommend you review the delivery details, and our terms and conditions to ensure a successful delivery.

Lost mary warrants the original purchaser that your Lost mary product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Lost mary does not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Exclusions and limitations This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for Lost mary, that can be identified by the "Lost mary" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-Lost mary products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (g) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Lost mary or with improper voltage or power supply; or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Lost mary. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Implied Warranties Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not Lost mary limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of damages Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Lost mary shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Lost mary has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not Lost mary the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

  • How long does it take to ship my order?

    All orders are shipped out within 1 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, the time it takes to deliver your package depends on your location. You will be provided with a tracking number that will inform you when delivery will take place.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once your order has been fulfilled by our delivery team, there will be no changes made. Therefore, you will not be able to cancel your order however you do have the option of returning your package and receiving a store credit only. Please note the return shipping fee and standard delivery fee is applied to all returns.

  • Where can I find my tracking number?

    You will receive a tracking number by Canada Post to the email associated with your account. All updates will be notified through your tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder!

  • Is a signature required for delivery?

    All orders will be released by Canada Post with a signature only. Please be sure the name on the package matches your ID. If orders are returned back to us due to an issue with proof of identification, orders will receive a store credit towards their account and a $20 flat fee will be applied.

  • How long does it take to process my order?

    All orders are processed within 5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled you will be notified through an email.

  • Can I make any changes to my order after it has been placed?

    If you would like to make any changes to your orders, you may do so IF your order has not been fulfilled by contacting us at support@shoplostmary.ca. Once the order has been fulfilled no changes can be made.

  • What should I do if I have any type of warranty issue?

    Please go ahead and complete the warranty form under the warranty section on the website. Customer service will reach out to you within 3-5 business days with the warranty process.
